Fleurieu Peninsula Artists Residency

Sunday April 22 10.30am - 2.00pm

Meet this talented group of artists from the Fleurieu Pennisula who are
visiting Auburn for a week/end in April. They will be at The Courthouse
Cultural Centre On  Sunday April 22 from 11am -1pm.Observe
them at work chat with them and pick up some ideas and tips along the way in
painting, sculpture, and photography. Samples of their work will be on display.
Demonstrations include incorporating photographs into mixed media artworks and
creating sculpture jewellery from found objects. The artists are Jane Heron Kirkmore (sculptor) Kathy
Ferguson (mixed media artist) and photographers David Summerhayes, Greg Tansell
and Suzanne Laslett
. Hats Inc. kitchen will be open and offering tea/coffee and home-made cakes. Entry by
gold coin donation.
